Fairyland 2008 - Making it Happen!

For this year, we are going to try and use a wiki to help disseminate information amongst our happy band of campers. The process may not be smooth at the start, but I need to get more involved in using wikis, so this is a great testing ground for me. It also allows us to centralize the info, allow constant access, and avoid having everything fly around in emails.

Upcoming Days

Saturday Aug 16 (2pm):  Food preparation at The Scott's.  PaulG / Brandon are coming. 2 PM ETA.

Sunday Aug 17 (Noon): Food preparation at The Scott's.  Diego is coming.

Friday August 22 : Meet at the Scott's after work to help load the truck. The truck will be here all afternoon, so if you aren't working Friday and want to help earlier, it's possible.

Saturday August 23 : Meet at the Scott's at 10 am to finish loading the kitchen stuff and food and send the truck off!  Fred and Donovan will be picking up the dry ice for the kitchen coolers.

Monday Sept 1 / Tuesday Sept 2: We call you when the truck arrives home, and we unpack it. Our goal is to have the truck back before Monday night, but that may not be possible - in which case, we will need help Tuesday AM. It all depends on whether we pack up in time to get the truck out before the Monday onslaught of leaving.

Sept 13 (Sat) : Nathan and Co are putting on an "afterburn" party that should bring the good folk of Avalon and Comfort&Joy and Burning Man together at the Anon Salon. More details sure to follow - I would go if I were in town. Bryan Hughes is one of the DJs.
